Description
This illustrative watercolor lists all 19 moves of Tai Chi Chih(TM) around the perimeter. Standing on a yin-yang globe, 13 of the moves are represented and are set against a background reminiscent of water and sky. Each figure is tied to the heavens by a single invisible cord, connecting the practitioner with the celestial body of their choice. Tai Chi Chih, a form of Qi Gong, is a "moving meditation" that helps you remain "calm in the midst of chaos." ARTIST'S NOTE: In order to read all the moves around the perimeter, this image works best as a large print 14x14 or larger.
